Regarding refunds...due to the nature of online downloads we do not offer refunds. If you are unsure as to if you want to be a member, be sure to contact us with any questions you might have prior to purchasing a membership. We are more than happy to answer any questions you might have about the site before you join. Special rules also apply to the PLEDGEMASTER membership level as custom work is created for those members.

As always, you may cancel your membership at anytime, but refunds for unused portions will not be issued. If you cancel prior to the end of your membership, you will still have access to the site until midnight on your original end date.
