Are all of your models over 18 years of age?
All models on our website were at least 18 years of age. All records pursuant to 18 USC 2257 are on file with the Custodian of Records and can be made availiable for inspection during business hours pending proper authorization.

Is it legal for me to view this material?
Most areas allow for viewing of adult material by private audiences over the age of 18 for their own personal enjoyment. Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska and Wyoming require viewers to be at least 21 years of age. However, in many areas of the United States and some countries, it is illegal to view adult material of any nature. Can I share material from this site with other people?
Under no circumstances is the material from Frat-Hazing to be redistributed to any third parties. Under the new 2257 regulations, anyone who republishes any adult material of a sexual nature becomes a secondary producer and subject to the same record keeping laws as the original producer. Anyone found not having accurate model information on file after publishing any adult material can be sentenced to up to 5 years in prison for a first offense and up to 10 years imprisonment for each consecutive offense.

How is my payment reflected on my credit card statement?
All Payments made to Frat-Hazing.com will show as "Colorado-Pacific" on your billing statement. Colorado-Pacific is our parent company, which fully owns and operates Frat-Hazing.com. Depending on your bank, it might be abreviated as "COLOPAC" or "COLPAC".

Can I save the videos onto my hard drive?
Some of the videos yes, some of them no. Currently, some of our full length videos are protected by FLASHER, a cross-paltform, cross-browser proprietary system. It works great on Windows Vista, XP, Mac OSX, AOL, IE, Firefox, Safari and is fully compatable with most older systems as well. Additionally, there are dozens of other videos which you can simply "right click" on and save to your hard drive for viewing when you are not connected to the internet. (Depending on yoru system.) Remember however, these downloads are copyrighted and are intended for your private use only. Any redistribution will classify you as a secondary producer and will place you under the same record keeping requirements as the original producer under the Governments new 2257 regulations. Any violation of these regulations can carry up to a 10 year prison sentence.

My account has been paid for but I can't log in. Why?
Two of the more frequent reasons are as follows:

1. You selected a user name or password that contains two words. For instance "Pledge Michael" for your username rather than "PledgeMichael". Sometimes the system will accept these, and other times they will not. If your username or password has two words in it, please contact us and we will re-set your account.

2. Our system monitors the use of each login and will lock any account being used by multiple users. (Password traders.) It is possible from time to time that a login will become compromised and used against our membership Terms and Conditions. In these situations, our system will lock these accounts. If you feel this has happened to you, please contact us to have your account reactivated and a new password assigned. Always remember to keep your username and password safe.

Is there sex in any of your videos?
The main focus of this site is to re-create fraternity hazing rituals in the most realistic way possible. As such, the majority of the vidoes do not have sex in them.
